  Steps to generate a System Access Token:

  1. Go to the Facebook Business page: https://business.facebook.com/

  2. Add the app to the customer account (if not already added): Navigate to Settings → Apps → Add.

  If the app does not have access to any accounts, add the required accounts by clicking Connect assets.

  3. Assign the app to the system user:

  Go to Settings → System Users → Assign Assets (accessible via the three-dot menu in the top-right corner).

  4. Generate the token: After the app has been assigned, click Generate Token.

  5. Configure the token settings:

  Select the desired expiration date and choose the required permissions (e.g., instagram_basic, instagram_manage_insights, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement).

  6. Complete verification:

  Click Generate Token and complete the OTP verification process. Your system access token will be generated.
