    • The Data Leaders Digest – Second Edition

The best insights come from real conversations, with real leaders making tough calls, solving messy problems, and figuring out how to scale their data teams in the real world. That’s why I started The Data Leaders Digest. Each month, we share what’s actually happening inside data teams, pulled from our podcasts, live events, meetups, and honest behind-the-scenes conversations. No theory. Just practical takeaways you can use right now to make better decisions, avoid common pitfalls, and keep moving forward. This Month in Data - Renewals, Real Talk, and Rising Costs If last month’s newsletter raised the alarm, this one confirms what many data leaders feared - the Fivetran price hike on March 1st, is having a big impact. But that’s just one part of a bigger picture. In this edition, we assess the market sentiment, share takeaways from our LinkedIn Live event on the silent productivity costs of migration, and share insights from season 2 opening episode of the Data Matas Podcast with AWS’s Jon Hammant. We’ll also recap the latest frontline insights from London Analytics Meetups and CDO events, spotlight what’s coming next, and introduce a new campaign to help teams navigate renewal season without getting locked in (again).
